Fee schedule:
Single event rental
Sunday through Thursday $1,800.00
Friday or Saturday $2,100.00
Rehearsal event rental included.
Deposit costs:
Cleaning deposit $900.00
Damage deposit $900.00
A walk through prior to the event will be conducted with the planner and myself and afterward. This will insure the site was in fit working order before and after each event so as to lessen any confusion about the integrity of Stillwater Meadows. These 2 deposits are refundable if Stillwater Meadows is left as it was found.
